Selected oral presentations
Presentations must not exceed 10 mins. Authors are kindly requested to respect the indicate timings.
The speakers are entirely responsible for the presentation content (order, graphics etc…).
All presentations and questions must be delivered in English, as English is the official language of the Congress.
Selected Oral presentations
PowerPoint presentations should meet commonly compatible format, preferably using PowerPoint version 2010 or higher in 16:9 aspect ratio.
Please save the final presentation and any other materials in a USB stick. Please consider that you will have a computer at your disposal in the slide center. Personal devices with IOS (Aplle/Mac) system will not be accepted because not supported.
Poster
In preparing your Poster please use the following guidelines:
- Size: 70cm x 100cm – in portrait orientation. The organizer will provide double-sided tape to fix it.
- Printed on common paper or cardboard – no tissue or any other textures
- Written in English
- If figures are included, these should be clearly labelled and legible
Posters will remain displayed within the whole Congress and should be dismantled after the Closing Remarks.
Each poster board will be assigned to a specific number. Authors are kindly asked to make sure to display their poster on the proper board checking the assigned number to their poster presentation.
Printing and transport of the poster is at author’s charge and care.
No onsite print service will be possible.
Poster set up: November 6th from 10.00am to 5.00pm and November 7th from 8.30am to 9.00am
During the Poster Sessions (November 8th from 12:30 to 12:50) author are kindly requested to stay next to their poster to facilitate the discussion
